FHTglobal has been collaborating with international groups and attendees at prominent events for over two decades. Alongside onPeak, we are honored to serve as the official international hotel and travel services agency for The American Urological Association (AUA). Our service offers a customizable "a la carte package" system, empowering groups to tailor their travel packages to their specific needs. Package Options

Groups and individuals can develop a limited or complete package based on their needs. Customizable package options available to all guests include the following items:
Hotels Room

Official housing blocks with specially negotiated rates are available for international guests attending the annual show. Package rates include all hotel taxes and occupancy fees.

Breakfast

We've negotiated breakfast voucher rates at properties for groups interested, tailored to your needs. Vouchers usually include a full American breakfast, with variations possible based on the property.

Airport Transfers

We provide customizable airport and in-town transfers for groups and individuals, along with porterage at hotels. Complimentary transportation to and from official hotels and the convention center is available for guests booking through the official housing block.

Air Transportation

We offer comprehensive travel support, including air transport reservations at preferred rates for groups needing assistance from departure to return. Leveraging our global network of agencies, we ensure the best flight options for both groups and individuals.
